Visual identity and website to reach and invite target groups to participate in developing novel employment services.

Customer: Network Behind New Growth / City of Tampere, Growth Services
My role was to create a visual identity and WordPress website for the two-year project aiming to develop new employment services.
The project started with a kick-off workshop for the project stakeholders to understand the vision, aims and target groups.

Logo
The logo was designed by first sketching initial ideas, and then finishing the idea selected by a customer.
The final logo is a combination mark in which the pictorial mark consists of different shapes brought together. It illustrates different kinds of talents gathered together in the project.
There are two versions with text, wide and narrow, in Finnish and in English.

Colours
The project had several target groups:
- those looking for work
- employers and mentors
- financier of the project
To create suitable visual material for these target groups, I designed four different monochromatic colour palettes: green, red, blue and yellow, which are not meant to be mixed in one context.
Graphical elements
The shape elements can be used to illustrate visual communication. The shapes are the same used in the logo. They can be used alone with a plain background or with an image.


Website
The one-page website was created to get started with the project. The website contains basic information and call-to-action for the target groups to participate in the project’s operations.
